Beijing Municipal Environment Management of rural water

Abstract:
Based on the survey of the outskirts water pollution, this project selects the representative 14 villages to make investigation of their water environment and socio-economic, among which the small villages of xiaobao, Songzhuang town in Tongzhou District and Nanhanji, Zhoukoudian town in Fangshan District, the two typical villages are selected for water environment management model villages in the water pollution control demonstration projects. Main contents and main problems to be solved are as the following.

(1) Through domestic and international research and laboratory experiments, it determines the technology program of water pollution control in model villages. It proposes and implements technology in a wide range of application in areas of rural life with imperfect sewer infiltration wastewater treatment ponds and oxidation ponds. It promote biomass energy conversion for large-scale farm anaerobic digestion (USB) and matching process; efficiency can be widely applied to slaughter the food processing industry with high concentration organic wastewater treatment anaerobic - aerobic coupling technology and small size, high efficiency wastewater treatment for small swirl of chemical plating step process. It provides for rural water pollution treatment with the main characteristics of technological measures.

(2) Based on the research of technology, This project has completed seven programs in the treatment of model villages’ sewage, industrial wastewater and aquaculture wastewater with the daily capacity of handling all types of water 650 m3. Its water quality after treated fits the emission standards and the implementation of wastewater reuse has been carried out. Its wastewater treatment rate is 85%, and for waste resources, that’s 20t / d or more.

(3) While building the model hardware demonstration projects, it explores the building of laws and environmental management of villages. Based on the summary of the above construction, it brings forth the software system of the village-level environmental management institutions, procedures and relevant regulations, which provided the experience in strengthening environmental management and pollution control in rural areas. In he process of building the hardware and software, combined with pollution source investigation and evaluation and demonstration projects, it carries out staff training with the total training number of 517 villagers and rural water and environmental staff persons. The project's technical innovations are: the domestic sewage treatment, an artificial soil structure and a complete technology system engineering seepage, which are all put into application of sewage treatment at the village level. In biogas construction, for the first time, there is pressure gas storage system (the national patent), and the use of fermentation tower heating cycle by heating outside improves the efficiency of heat exchange. This technology has successfully resolved the normal operation of biogas project in northern areas. In the slaughter wastewater treatment and biogas projects, it uses self-developed temperature, pressure and water level control system and has achieved the success of water distribution uniformity of ordinary sewage pumps and small sewage treatment projects controlling automatically. The developed rapid infiltration pond sewage treatment process can be widely used in rural sewage treatment works and community sewage treatment works. Biogas technology system can be used for large-scale pig farms, cattle and other farms in their manure comprehensive treatment project. The one-step swirling chemical technology are widely used in small electroplating plants and other heavy metals waste water treatment project.
