Research on Plain Lake Water Logging Disaster Management and Practical Standards for Integrated Control

Abstract: It studies the crop water production function affected by individual water logging and joint waterlogging stress conditions, enriches crop water production function model system and therefore fills the blank of production function under the condition of the water logging stress.
(1) Based on paddy fields and dry land, it puts forwards the runoff simulation method of its two-level drainage system in its major row district, sets up the priori to knowledge-based neural network model for runoff simulation, to a certain extent, it solves the common problem of agricultural drainage small-scaled model ---- DRAINMOD、SWAP ,which attracts attention from domestic and foreign scholars and therefore is used as reference to them.
(2) Combining the organic nitrogen management model (MANIMEA) and the soil thermal model, it constructs the model of nitrogen transport and transformation to achieve the farmland drainage Assessment is given to the drainage measures and different groundwater conditions and the impact of nitrogen fertilizer on soil, crops and water environment, particularly through agricultural drainage prediction (tube) of the amount of nitrogen loss in water discharge to provide theoretical support for the analysis of environmental effects of drainage for the farmland.
(3) It puts forward the flooding indicators and standards of integrated control concept and presentation method. Based on field drainage, environmental effects and socio-economic impact analysis, it sets up the flooding standard-setting model of integrated control, quantifies the impact of aging emission gate station in the drainage system on drain standards, and therefore gives the proposed indicators of waterlogging and drainage control to rid the drainage ditch in the water level waterlogged indicators and provides a technical basis for the amendment of "agricultural drainage system design".
(4) It puts forward the cluster optimal scheduling algorithm and neural network intelligent optimization method of drainage system and control , sets up a particle swarm optimization based on bilevel programming model and neural network-based multi-objective dynamic programming, linear programming model, and develops the four Lake Basin drainage system optimization scheduling decision
(5) Making use of lake sediments of radioactive dating techniques, combined with means of remote sensing and geographic information system , it studies the storage capacity of lakes and drainage changes in the pattern storage and discharge areas, revealing sedimentation, islet expansion, evolution and the row area lake storage and discharge pattern of the quantitative relationship between changes of waterlogging disaster management with strategic significance.
(6) It puts forward the model system demonstrated by the management measures of flood of plain lake disaster at the core of stains numerical simulation of rational allocation of water rights and multi-criteria evaluation method to analyze the adjustment of planting structure, pump station expansion, the combination of drainage, effects brought out by waterlogging drainage measures to balance different areas in water use, derives combination of drainage groove (tube) spacing formula for non-steady flow.
(7) The study results have been successfully used in the four lake watershed planning, large-scale pumping station renovation in Hubei Province, Jiao Gang Lake Basin drainage standards in Anhui Province, Zhuji city drainage system planning in Zhejiang Province, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
